My name is never written on the boarding pass and the closest i got for identification is being asked about my nationality. It’s probably just for body count description in case the plane crashed. That’s it. No stupid restrictions on liquids either. The bagan airport is much better than the yangon domestic in the sense that it has free wifi. they still serve drinks and candy for 30-minute flights, and food is served for flights of more than 1 hour.
